Role Description
As a Front Of House Professional at LI~LY Restaurant by Aiden Byrne, you will be responsible for delivering a refined, welcoming guest experience from arrival through departure. This full-time, on-site role in Knutsford includes:

You will handle guest enquiries, support reservations and booking confirmations, coordinate with the kitchen and sommelier team, and ensure service flows smoothly throughout lunch and dinner. The role involves:
- Preparing and maintaining the dining room setup
- Monitoring guest satisfaction
- Resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Upholding the restaurant’s service, hygiene, and safety standards
You will also assist with billing, payment processing, and closing procedures, contributing to a consistently high-quality and memorable experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Strong front-of-house service skills, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and delivering attentive table service in a premium or fine-dining environment.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to describe tasting menus, explain pairings, and make confident, informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, calm manner and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests.
- Attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness, and order, ensuring the dining room and service stations meet high aesthetic and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and sommelier teams, adapting to changing service demands and maintaining smooth service flow.
- Previous experience in upscale, boutique, or fine-dining hospitality roles is highly beneficial; bar or wine service experience is an advantage.
- High level of personal integrity, reliability, and punctuality, with a commitment to delivering consistent, guest-focused service.
