Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist in our Elephant & Castle - London office.

Please note - This is a temporary position being offered as a 2 month Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role

It involves:

  • Meet and greet visitors, showing visitors into our meeting rooms & providing them with drinks, clearing the room after the meeting has finished.
  • Answer all incoming calls. Direct calls appropriately and take accurate messages.
  • Deal with all incoming/outgoing correspondence (post and email).
  • Signing in and out keys for visits/ inspections, whilst maintaining the key cupboards and responsible for chasing them up by return.
  • General administrative duties, filing, typing of documents etc.
  • Ordering and managing stock of stationary
  • Supporting top manager when required
