Marylebone Health Group (MHG) is London’s leading health, lifestyle, and performance team, with clinics based in Harley Street, Marylebone, Mayfair and Chelsea. The team combines medical specialists with experts in integrated health and human performance science to support injury prevention, health optimization, and performance training.
MHG offers a broad range of services including physiotherapy, sports and exercise medicine, metabolic and strength diagnostics, performance nutrition, and men’s and women’s health. The group focuses on improving what each person’s body is capable of, from enhancing fitness to managing complex medical cases and extreme physical challenges.
MHG’s main clinic is located at 76 Harley Street, with additional sites in Marylebone; at Chelsea Barracks and in partnership with Virgin Active in Mayfair and Chiswick Riverside.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front of House Receptionist role based in Harley Street, London. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring the reception area is professional and organised. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, responding to email and in-person inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with clinical and performance staff to support smooth clinic operations. The role also involves handling administrative and clerical duties such as updating patient records, processing payments, managing correspondence, and assisting with booking logistics across MHG locations. The Front of House Receptionist will provide a high standard of customer service, acting as a key point of contact for clients and helping maintain an efficient, friendly, and confidential environment.

Qualifications

- Strong receptionist and front of house skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and managing a busy client-facing environment.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes, inquiries, and bookings with clarity and courtesy.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including basic IT proficiency, appointment scheduling, record keeping, and handling payments or invoicing.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with confidence in interacting with clients, clinicians, and external partners.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, supportive, and respectful experience for all visitors.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or clinic setting is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with data protection and clinical standards.
- Comfort working on-site in Greater London across multiple locations as needed.
- Relevant qualifications in administration, customer service, or reception
