Role Description
The Front of House / Receptionist role is a full-time or part-time, on-site position based at Novellus Aesthetics in North Shields. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves supporting clinicians with administrative tasks, handling payments, coordinating schedules, and managing incoming emails and messages. This position requires delivering consistently high standards of customer service, protecting client confidentiality, and representing the clinic’s values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients.
- Experience with receptionist duties and front of house responsibilities, including welcoming guests and managing appointments.
- Proficient phone etiquette and confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls in a calm, organized manner.
- Clerical skills, such as data entry, record keeping, email handling, and basic office administration.
- Comfort using clinic or booking software, point-of-sale systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a busy client-facing environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or beauty/aesthetics environments is beneficial.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards of conduct.
