Front of House – Marylebone Health Group

Location: Marylebone, London

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Full-time (including evenings and some weekends)

We are now looking for a warm, polished, and highly organised Front of House professional to be the welcoming face of our clinic and ensure an outstanding experience for every patient from the moment they arrive.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clinicians—setting the tone for the level of professionalism and care they can expect throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and calendar coordination
  • Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a pristine, welcoming reception area and waiting room
  • Process payments and manage patient records confidentially
  • Provide administrative support to clinical and managerial teams
  • Liaise with referring practitioners and support smooth handovers of care

About You

You’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and enjoys delivering five-star service every day.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous front-of-house or receptionist experience (ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or wellness)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure with strong multitasking ability
  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google workspace and booking systems (e.g. Pabau, semble, Cliniko or similar)
  • A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude
