Join the team at Art of Dentistry, Prestwick

At Art of Dentistry, we believe an exceptional patient experience begins long before a patient enters the treatment room.

We are looking for a warm, polished and highly personable Front of House Receptionist to become one of the first faces our patients see when they visit our private dental practice in Prestwick.

This is more than a traditional reception role. You'll play an important part in creating the welcoming, professional and personal experience our patients expect, taking ownership of their journey from their initial enquiry through to their visit and beyond.

This is a fixed-term role and we're open to discussing full-time or part-time hours for the right person, and the role is offered at £15+ per hour, depending on experience.

About Art of Dentistry

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Prestwick, Art of Dentistry is an established private dental practice providing advanced cosmetic, restorative and general dentistry within a modern and professional clinical environment.

Our patients choose us not only for the quality of their treatment, but for the experience and personal service they receive throughout their journey with us.

That's where you come in.

The Role

You'll be at the heart of our Front of House, ensuring every patient receives a warm welcome and an exceptional level of service.

No two days will be exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
