What you'll be doing…
As a Front of House Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests at Murrayfield. Whether you're working as a Waiter or Bartender, you'll be part of a team delivering exceptional hospitality across matchdays, conferences and events.
- Deliver friendly, professional and efficient service to guests.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Provide guests with information about menus, drinks and special offers.
- Set up and clear down service areas, ensuring they are clean, organised and well-presented.
- Work as part of a large team to deliver smooth service during busy events.
- Operate tills and handle payments accurately, where required.
- Follow COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety and licensing procedures at all times.
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest.
