We are looking for an exceptional Front of House and Reservations Advisor to join our Hair and Beauty Salon, located in Harrods Knightsbridge.
This role is responsible for taking bookings for all the Hair and Beauty treatments in our Salon.

About the Role
The Reservations Advisor role is responsible for delivering excellent results through exceptional experience and service for all customers. The role covers call centre administration duties and taking bookings and enquiries via telephone and email.
This role requires both outstanding customer service as well as the ability to multitask IT systems with complete accuracy.
The role requires full-time availability, including flexibility across the week and the ability to work every Sunday.
Some of the tasks involved in this role will be:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers contacting the Hair & Beauty Salon ensuring they are made to feel welcomed
- Booking customers into the Hair & Beauty Salon using the appointment software.
- Maintaining the appointment calendar ensuring any changes are updated in the calendar for appointment accuracy
- Ensuring clients are advised correctly on which treatments suit their needs.
- Processing of transactions and deposits through tills

About You
Prior experience in a like for like establishment; Spa, Salon, Health Club, Medi-Spa or Aesthetic Clinic is preferred and an ability to build client rapport and be discreet and empathetic when discussing sensitive topics with clients.
You will also:
- Be highly organised and able to manage calls and emails from clients while navigating the booking system
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well in a team and be open to learning from others
- Understand what excellent customer service looks like and be able to deliver that to our customers
- Have the ability to convert leads and add on retail sales using your knowledge of the treatments and products available and communicate effectively with clients
- Be available to work every Sunday
