Role Purpose
To deliver a professional, welcoming, and secure front of house service, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues, and contractors while maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding front of house and customer service experience.
- Manage visitor access and access control procedures.
- Monitor, identify, and report security risks, suspicious activity, and anti-social behaviour.
- Escalate protest activity, demonstrations, or incidents that may impact safety or business operations.
- Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and incident management.
- Maintain site security, safety, and operational standards.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and secure environment at all times.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in a corporate security, front of house security, or customer-facing security role.
- Previous experience within a corporate environment is essential.
- Knowledge of access control systems and visitor management processes.
- Strong observational, communication, and incident management skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under pressure.
- Good understanding of security, health and safety, and emergency procedures.
- Strong report writing and incident recording capabilities.
- SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence required.
