Role Description
The Front Of House Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Haverhill, responsible for being the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the service center. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Greeting customers
- Managing check-in and check-out for vehicles
- Explaining service options and costs
- Coordinating bookings and appointments
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Liaising with technicians to provide updates on vehicle status
- Ensuring invoices and payment processes are handled efficiently
- Helping to keep the reception and waiting areas presentable
- Responding to customer queries and concerns
- Supporting smooth communication between the front of house and workshop teams

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and clearly with a wide range of customers.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing appointments, handling multiple tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Basic administrative and IT skills, such as using booking systems, email, and standard office software.
- Comfort working in an automotive or service environment, with the ability to understand and explain common service procedures in straightforward language.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially when handling customer queries, billing, or scheduling issues.
- Ability to work on-site in Haverhill on a full-time basis and collaborate effectively with technicians and other team members.
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or service advisor role is beneficial; automotive industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Relevant education or training in customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred.
