Job Role
- Deliver consistent, professional customer service
- Serve food and beverages in line with company and site standards
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately where required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house areas
- Replenish counters and displays during service periods
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
- Comply fully with site security and health & safety requirements
- Work closely with kitchen and catering colleagues to ensure smooth service
- Represent the business positively at all times

Qualifications
- Previous Front of House or catering experience
- Cash handling or till experience
- Food Safety Level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in contract catering, large sites, or secure environments
