Full time contract 35-48 hours per week
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Front of House professionals to join our team. Whether you have experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Bartender, or Host, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least two year's experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality venue. Experience with Asian cuisine is desirable but not essential.
Skills & Experience Requirements
As a member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering outstanding service to every guest.
Depending On Your Role, Your Responsibilities May Include
- Providing friendly, attentive and professional service throughout the guest journey.
- Greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and maintaining an organised waiting list (Host).
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards (Bartender).
- Serving food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent product knowledge (Waiting Staff).
- Ensuring tables, service stations and bar areas are clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Supporting your colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations during service.
- Following all company service standards, health & safety procedures and hygiene regulations.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, hospitality and professionalism at all times.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service environment.
- Strong teamwork and a willingness to support colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A professional appearance and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
