THE ROLE
We are recruiting a team of Front of House Event staff to assist in the smooth delivery of a growing amount of events and venue hires that are hosted at Wake The Tiger. The team is critical to ensure the tone and accessibility of the experience is perfect for everyone; they are there to assist and provide a high level of customer service that's expected throughout the experience.
Wake The Tiger hosts a diverse range of exclusive-use events and private room hires, from corporate away days, to all-out party celebrations for anywhere up to 600 guests, all year round. With varied start and finish times being part and parcel of this events role, Wake The Tiger pay your taxi home at the end of the night if your shift finishes past midnight.

The role entails a mix of great customer service, stewarding, crowd management, and general events assistance are required to succeed in this fun opportunity to get involved!
Key Responsibilities
- A basic understanding of the narrative of Wake The Tiger and what we're About.
- Ensuring Health & Safety is upheld in the Amazement Park and assisting the Duty Manager in managing emergency evacuations (training will be provided).
- Vigilance against intentional damage or theft to any part of the attraction.
- Reporting to the Duty Manager on shift, working through any issues that may arise, with a clear handover at end of shift.
- Stewarding, glass collecting, litter picking, moving tables/chairs, setting up spaces and resetting as required, directed by the Duty Managers and/or Events Manager.
- This list is not exhaustive and you will be required to complete other responsibilities we deem necessary and appropriate as part of the role.
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Energy, enthusiasm, and great customer service.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment as front of house.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and late night finishes (sometimes as late as 05:00).
- Good availability throughout November and December 2025.
