We’re looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our established Southampton team.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy restaurant and knows how to get the best out of a team.
You’ll Ideally Have
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Aged 18+ due to licensing requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence and strong decision-making abilities
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- A good knowledge of food, wine and beer
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Above all, we’re looking for someone with energy, personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
What will you get up to?
As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping to make every shift run smoothly and every guest experience memorable.
You’ll
- Lead, motivate and support the Front of House team throughout service
- Run pre-service briefings and make sure the team is confident with menus, drinks, promotions and offers
- Help drive promotions and maximise sales
- Coach and encourage team members to deliver great service and confidently upsell
- Deal with any guest or team issues quickly and professionally
- Lead by example and set the standard for exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to make sure service flows seamlessly
- Support the General Manager and Assistant Managers in running the business effectively
- Take part in ongoing training and development
- Learn new skills and make the most of opportunities to progress
