We’re looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our established Southampton team.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy restaurant and knows how to get the best out of a team.

You’ll Ideally Have

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Aged 18+ due to licensing requirements
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Confidence and strong decision-making abilities
  • Great organisation and attention to detail
  • A good knowledge of food, wine and beer
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Above all, we’re looking for someone with energy, personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.

What will you get up to?

As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping to make every shift run smoothly and every guest experience memorable.

You’ll

  • Lead, motivate and support the Front of House team throughout service
  • Run pre-service briefings and make sure the team is confident with menus, drinks, promotions and offers
  • Help drive promotions and maximise sales
  • Coach and encourage team members to deliver great service and confidently upsell
  • Deal with any guest or team issues quickly and professionally
  • Lead by example and set the standard for exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to make sure service flows seamlessly
  • Support the General Manager and Assistant Managers in running the business effectively
  • Take part in ongoing training and development
  • Learn new skills and make the most of opportunities to progress
