We're a multi award-winning contract catering company with a passionate team of food enthusiasts serving more than 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We're now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join us at a prestigious client site.

This is a Monday to Friday position, offering an excellent work-life balance with no weekend working, where service excellence is at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As Front of House Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining consistently high standards across all front of house operations. You'll lead by example, engaging proactively with customers, supporting your team, and creating a positive, professional environment.

Working closely with the wider team, you'll help exceed client and company expectations while driving performance through training, development, motivation, and engagement.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Supervising day-to-day front of house operations.
  • Completing daily administrative tasks.
  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent service.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and responding to their needs.
  • Monitoring service standards and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Managing stock levels and supporting operational efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and minimise costs.
  • Assisting with financial monitoring to ensure budget targets are achieved.
  • Supporting team training and development initiatives.

Technology & Administration

Technology plays an important part in this role. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office applications, including:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint

You'll use these tools to support daily operations, maintain records, analyse performance data, create reports and presentations, and communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues. Confidence in using digital systems and adapting to new technologies is essential.

Ideally, you will already hold:

  • Food Safety Level 2
  • Health & Safety Level 2
