Front of House Supervisor

BMW Group Park Lane is looking for a Front of House Supervisor. This role is based at Park Royal, London.

The Front of House Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership of the Front of House team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience across both Sales and Aftersales. You will act as the on-site customer service ambassador, driving service excellence, team development and customer care standards at BMW Park Royal.

What awaits you?

  • Lead, coach and develop the Front of House team, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered across all customer touchpoints.
  • Act as the primary customer service representative on site, proactively managing customer feedback, resolving concerns and handling VIP and high-profile client interactions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee reception operations, telephone and email standards, appointment management and communication between departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Drive on-the-job training and continuous development for the Front of House team, monitoring performance and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure reception, meeting rooms and customer-facing areas are maintained to the highest luxury retail standards, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Work closely with the Aftersales team to personalise customer experiences and identify opportunities to continually improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate Front of House support for special events, ensuring customers receive a premium brand experience at all times.
  • Oversee administrative activities, reporting maintenance, IT and Health & Safety issues where required, while identifying and implementing smarter ways of working.

What should you bring along?

  • Previous leadership experience within a customer-facing environment, ideally luxury automotive, luxury retail, premium hospitality, or a similar service-led sector.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service best practices, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with VIP customers and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively while managing multiple competing demands.
  • Knowledge of BMW products, technology and customer benefits, or the ability to quickly develop this expertise, with the confidence to support customer conversations and presentations where required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) alongside strong administration and reporting capabilities.
  • Professional, approachable and positive attitude, with impeccable personal presentation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • An innovative and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, cultural awareness, fluent English, and the ability to adapt communication styles to suit individual customer needs.

Working Hours:

This role operates on a Monday to Saturday rota, ensuring full cover during site opening hours,

Park Royal

  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 16:00
