Front of House Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: VOLT GYM, Burscough
Hours: 16 hours per week (Evenings & Weekends)
At VOLT GYM, we pride ourselves on delivering an energetic, premium fitness experience. We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team as the face of our gym. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome & Hospitality: Warmly greet members and guests, check them in, and handle general inquiries with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Café: Prepare and serve pre/post-workout shakes, smoothies, coffees, and snacks at our café.
- Membership Sales: Introduce potential members to the facility, lead club tours, and actively explain membership options to drive sales.
- Club Standards & Hygiene: Maintain exceptional cleanliness across the reception area, café, and gym floor to ensure a pristine environment for our members.
- Closing & Security: Take responsibility for secure evening shut-down procedures.

What We Are Looking For
- Availability to work evenings and weekends consistently.
- Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience (café or barista experience is a plus!).
- A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and promoting memberships.
- A proactive, team-first attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
