Role Overview
Front of house supervisor required for a busy care home near Tunbridge Wells. Working 5 days out of 7, this new role will see you supervising and leading our front of house team as we support the work of both care and kitchen teams.

Your duties will involve training and performance management of front of house assistants who are responsible for:
- Laying up the dining rooms
- Serving at mealtimes
- Taking breakfast trays
- Running morning coffee and afternoon tea rounds
- Distributing meals to those residents who prefer to eat in their rooms
You will work closely with the chef manager and be responsible for planning rotas for the front of house team. This is a hands-on role and previous experience within customer-facing hospitality roles will be beneficial. Shifts will vary between 7am-3pm and 4pm-7pm. The position is for 37.5 hours per week, and extra shifts may be available if required.
