Our client, an organisation in the Hospitality services sector, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a seamless visitor experience within a prestigious environment.
Key Responsibilities
As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of client and visitor care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all visitors experience service excellence, with a warm and courteous welcome provided by Guest Services Ambassadors.
- Collecting customer feedback continuously and addressing any concerns to ensure resolution.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and hosts, providing accurate local area knowledge.
- Proactively managing enquiries, requests, or complaints through various communication channels.
- Leading the team by promoting a culture of service excellence and recognising outstanding performance.
- Strategically planning team rotas according to VIP events and meetings, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Conducting audits to maintain the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness in reception areas.
- Supporting the development of Guest Services team members, fostering their growth as customer service professionals.

Person Specification/Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- Extensive experience in a Front of House role within a corporate environment, 5-star hotel, members club, or flagship airline.
- A self-motivated attitude and a commitment to driving service excellence.
- Fluency in leading reception services and familiarity with internal/external communication methods.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A positive "can do" attitude, demonstrating empathy and outstanding customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while providing discreet and personalised service.
