Looking to take the next step in your hospitality career?

The Social is an exciting all day destination combining speciality coffee, food, a licensed bar, retail and events. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who enjoys leading from the front in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

What you'll do

  • Support the day to day running of The Social across food, beverage, retail and events.
  • Lead shifts, ensuring outstanding customer service and smooth operations.
  • Coach, motivate and support team members to deliver their best.
  • Assist with stock control, cash handling and labour management.
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance.
  • Help deliver exciting events and promotions that bring energy to the venue.

We're looking for

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, retail or a customer service environment.
  • A Confident Leader Who Enjoys Motivating And Developing Others.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A hands on approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
