Pay: £12.71 per hour + TRONC

Job Description:

As a new team leader, you will earn £12.71/hour + Tronc; with plenty of scope to increase as you develop through your career path.

  • You have been working within a team and you’re looking to develop and grow your skills and you think now is the right time for a little more responsibility.
  • You know you're good with people and you love making sure that customers leave happy, especially when you have had to turn them from a dissatisfied customer to a delighted one.
  • You're organised and you understand that as a team leader you are responsible for supporting and guiding the team through a shift making sure that everyone is playing their part in ensuring the customer leaves happy.
  • You love both following and leading teams along simple processes taking great care and pride in your work - Nothing gets missed or forgotten in your watch.

Beer + Burger Store is a family-owned and operated business focused on bringing the delights of extraordinarily tasty craft beers from all over the world to a broader audience, while also tickling the taste buds of our existing loyal beer-geek fans. We’re a passionate team of craft beer lovers, who get that great beer and tasty burgers belong together. We’re London based at the moment, but we have big plans for UK. YOUR ROLE AS A FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR

As a team leader, either within our front of house or kitchen teams you are part of the coaching team for all our team members, sharing your knowledge, ensuring they are following all our How To's and keeping them curious.
