Front of House Team Lead - New Build - Leeds

Leeds | £31,000 p.a (£15.00 per hour + holiday pay)
Weekly pay | ASAP start, 4-6 weeks contract with view to go perm.

Looking for a great opportunity to step into a standout new-build development?

We're looking for a polished, personable Front of House professional to join an exciting new-build residential development in Leeds for an immediate start contract.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone currently working in concierge, luxury hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments or residential who is ready to take the next step and gain valuable experience within a premium residential environment.

The Role

You'll be the face of the development, delivering a first-class service to residents and visitors and helping ensure the building runs smoothly day to day. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm, professional front-of-house / concierge service
  • Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors and contractors
  • Managing parcels and deliveries
  • Handling enquiries and ensuring residents receive a great service
  • Hosting visitors and supporting the wider resident experience
  • Monitoring the site and escalating issues appropriately
  • Following building, Health & Safety and emergency procedures

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is confident, polished and genuinely customer-focused
  • Can work independently and take ownership
  • Is calm, organised and professional under pressure
  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards
  • Experience with fire panels, emergency procedures or building safety is highly desirable, making this particularly suited to candidates from hotel or similar operational environments.
