The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
We're looking for a Front of House Team Lead to take ownership of the day to day facilities operation across our Group sites, ensuring our offices are safe, compliant, welcoming and operating at their best.
You'll lead our front of house team while taking responsibility for facilities management across the estate, acting as the go to person for building operations, workplace compliance, contractors, health and safety, office improvements and employee experience.
You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while creating an exceptional experience for employees, visitors and customers alike.
You'll be responsible for leading facilities activity across the Littlefish Group, including:
- Managing facilities operations across multiple office locations
- Leading and supporting front of house teams across our sites
- Owning statutory compliance, health & safety and fire safety requirements
- Managing contractors, suppliers and building maintenance activities
- Delivering workplace improvement projects from planning through to completion
- Managing facilities budgets and obtaining quotes for works
- Acting as the central point of contact for building-related issues
- Supporting audits, access control and security requirements
- Maintaining facilities compliance records and certification
- Ensuring offices remain welcoming, professional and well-stocked environments
- Driving consistency, service excellence and continuous improvement across all locations

We need a candidate with:
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- Experience within a front of house, reception or customer service environment
- Experience in facilities, workplace or office operations management
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to juggle priorities and solve problems proactively
- Confidence working with budgets, projects and multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Flexibility to travel occasionally between sites when required
