We are excited to be recruiting a Team Leader for an exciting new Rapport client based in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new operation, where you’ll play an important role in shaping the service from the start. As Team Leader, you’ll lead and motivate a brilliant team of 3, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to deliver the exceptional guest experience Rapport is known for.
As one of the faces of the business, you’ll build strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders, take ownership of the day-to-day operation and continually look for ways to elevate the service.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, shift rota between 7am and 7pm)
Salary: £42,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing
- Lead, motivate and support a team of 3, providing guidance, coaching and development.
- Oversee the daily reception operation, ensuring a consistently warm and professional welcome.
- Manage the team rota to ensure appropriate coverage across the core service hours.
- Build strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
- Ensure SOPs are up to date, relevant and consistently followed.
- Work closely with the client to identify opportunities to continually improve and elevate the guest experience.
- Take ownership of operational standards and ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will

- Have at least one year’s experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role within a corporate, luxury hotel or premium airline environment.
- Be a natural people leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating a team.
- Be organised, proactive and confident taking ownership of a busy operation.
- Bring fresh ideas and look for innovative ways to continually improve the guest experience.
- Be confident building relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Be upbeat, professional and approachable, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
- Be committed to continuous personal and professional development.
