Front of House Team Leader
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and coaching are paramount?
As a Leader at Pret a Manger, you will support, train, and coach our teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards. Your leadership is crucial to the smooth running of each shift, as you take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside our Managers. You'll be the eyes and ears for front-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You will gain valuable skills and knowledge through our Training Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities.

Requirements
- Ability to interact with people and provide service with a smile
- Availability for shifts spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday, between 5:00am and 4:00pm (Full-time or Part Time - 20 hours)
