Rapport is looking for a confident and people-focused Team Leader to lead our Front of House team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every client and guest.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that great service comes from great people. You will lead by example, develop and motivate your team, build strong client relationships and make sure every aspect of the guest experience is delivered to the highest standard.

40 per week (Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
Salary
£40,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the Front of House team to deliver consistently exceptional service.
- Build strong relationships with clients, guests and key stakeholders, responding confidently to their needs.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring service standards, presentation and the Rapport Impressions Toolkit are consistently delivered.
- Work closely with Events, Hospitality and other suppliers to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance in line with business needs.
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Monitor feedback, audits and service standards, identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience.
- Lead by example, promote Rapport values and recognise team members who go the extra mile.

The ideal candidate will
- Previous experience leading or supervising a Front of House, hospitality or customer service team.
- A natural leader who leads by example and takes pride in developing and supporting others.
- A warm, confident approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to give clear direction, build relationships and handle challenging situations professionally.
- The ability to motivate a team, recognise great performance and address issues fairly and confidently.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership and finding solutions.
- A collaborative approach, working closely with clients, colleagues and other teams to deliver a seamless service.
- Professional presentation and a polished manner suited to a corporate environment.
