Front of House Team Leader – Pret A Manger

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Front of House Leader to help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support the day-to-day success of the shop.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, coaching others, and creating a positive environment where both customers and team members can thrive.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment
- A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership career

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading shifts and supporting the management team in daily operations
- Inspiring and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Coaching and supporting team members to build confidence and capability
- Ensuring high standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness are maintained
- Supporting new team member training and development
- Helping to drive productivity, shop performance and customer satisfaction
- Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive team culture
- Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
