Front of House Team Member – The Punchbowl, Lapworth
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? The Punchbowl in Lapworth is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our welcoming and professional team!
Known for our relaxed atmosphere and outstanding food and drink, The Punchbowl prides itself on creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you love working with people and want to be part of a supportive and dynamic team, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations when needed.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
- Handle customer feedback in a professional and positive manner.
- Ensure all payments and transactions are processed accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role (preferred but not essential).
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
- A team player who is reliable and adaptable.
