Front of House Team Member – The Punchbowl, Lapworth

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? The Punchbowl in Lapworth is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our welcoming and professional team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations when needed.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
  • Handle customer feedback in a professional and positive manner.
  • Ensure all payments and transactions are processed accurately.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role (preferred but not essential).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • A team player who is reliable and adaptable.
