About Draughts

Draughts is a trailblazer in experiential hospitality, redefining board games for a modern audience. Purpose

As a Front of House Team Member at Draughts, you bring warmth, energy, and consistency to every guest experience. You create a welcoming atmosphere, deliver great service, and work closely with your team to make sure every visit feels effortless and enjoyable.

You take pride in the details, from greeting guests and serving tables to supporting the bar. You make sure drinks are made and served to the same high standard every time, maintaining consistency and quality across the board. Whether you are working on the floor or behind the bar, you ensure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver great hospitality by engaging with guests beyond taking orders, creating genuine connections and memorable experiences.
  • Welcome every guest with confidence and warmth, guiding them through our food, drink, and games offering while setting the right tone for their visit.
  • During service, make sure every dish and drink is prepared and served to spec, maintaining pace and attention to detail through busy shifts.
  • Work closely with your teammates and managers to ensure the floor and bar run smoothly, stepping in to support where needed and helping maintain high standards across all areas.
  • Keep your section clean, organised, and ready for service, ensuring every guest space feels comfortable and inviting.
  • Handle feedback with care, resolve issues quickly, and take pride in ensuring that every guest leaves happy.

Pay: £15.00 - £15.50 OTE
