The Hogarth Health Club is currently looking for a part-time, Front of House staff member, working Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm. If you are keen to be a part of a vibrant team and ready to offer exceptional service to our members, working in a truly welcoming Health Club, then read on!

About Us

The Hogarth is a long-established, family-owned health and lifestyle club set in two acres of secluded grounds in the heart of Chiswick. With a warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming atmosphere, we take great pride in the exceptional service we offer our members. We offer outstanding facilities including:

We are currently looking for a part-time Front of House team member, working Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm, to join our fantastic team.

About the job

This is a combined Front of House role. You will work within our restaurant / bar as well as a receptionist. You are the primary contact with our members and responsible for creating a great first impression, delivering excellent customer service at both the front desk and in our bar/cafe area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting members and guests
  • Answering calls promptly and politely
  • Booking appointments and processing payments
  • Maintaining front desk professionalism
  • Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, serving food to customers in our recently refurbished restaurant
  • Ensuring cleanliness of reception, bar and restaurant areas
  • Assisting with events and daily operations of bar/restaurant
  • Creating a positive and friendly environment for members by engaging with them, checking back after meals are served and generally ensuring they feel welcome and a part of The Hogarth community

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles / hospitality
  • Experience within a restaurant environment
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • High attention to detail and immaculate presentation
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable
  • Confidence to engage with members
