The Role

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Front of House team members to deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences across our Loch Ness region. You will play a key role in ensuring consistently high standards, supporting the smooth and efficient running of daily Front of House operations. As part of the team, you will bring our values to life and reflect our Purpose, Vision and Brand, embracing the One Wildland Team and One Wild Way approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a collaborative team player, always willing to support colleagues.
  • Deliver a consistently warm welcome, genuine interactions and high standards of guest service.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and kitchen teams to elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Support housekeeping duties when needed as part of a flexible and adaptable team.

Location

Working across multiple Wildland sites in our Loch Ness region, including Aldourie Castle and the Dores Inn.

Hours

40 hours per week, full-time permanent position. Full-time seasonal roles are also available for the summer period.

Transport

Although public transport is available in the area, it does not align with some early and late shifts that are part of our normal rota patterns. As a result, access to reliable transport is required for commuting to and from work.

Accommodation

Please note that staff accommodation is not available for this role.
