Front of House, Workplace Experience
London | Full-Time | Onsite
£35,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a high-growth global technology business to appoint a Front of House, Workplace Experience professional to become the face of its London office.
This is not a traditional reception role.
You'll be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, candidates, and senior leaders, helping create a welcoming, professional, and highly organised environment that reflects the culture and standards of a world-class business.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with people, takes pride in the details, and enjoys being at the heart of a busy office.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating an exceptional Front of House experience for employees and visitors
- Managing reception, meeting rooms, and workplace logistics
- Coordinating visitors, deliveries, office communications, and workplace operations
- Supporting internal teams with day-to-day office and administrative requirements
- Managing workplace systems, calendars, and service requests
- Ensuring the office environment is organised, welcoming, and presentation-ready at all times
- Supporting workplace events, employee experience initiatives, and operational projects
- Acting as a trusted point of contact across the business

What we're looking for:
- Previous Front of House, Reception, Workplace Experience, Hospitality, Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A naturally professional, polished, and approachable manner
- High levels of ownership, initiative, and accountability
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
