Based in Huddersfield
What's on offer
- Salary: up to £12.71 depending on experience
- Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week - Will include one weekend day
- Specsavers Perks: 28 days annual leave
About the Role
So, you’re an organised, proactive person, passionate about doing a great job and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. As a Front of House/Call Centre Assistant in Specsavers, you don’t need to have previous admin experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding service and environment for both our customers and team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.
We are looking for people with great organisational and IT skills, superb time keeping, a professional and friendly approach and confidence in communicating at all levels.

Key Tasks
- Meet and greet customers into store
- Booking appointments
- Explore customer needs thoroughly, and approach customers to offer assistance
- Utilise the IT systems as required
- Work to Specsavers Customer Service Standards
- Actively seek to improve your own skills and product knowledge
