The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you are the heart of the customer experience. With genuine warmth, precision, and infectious energy, you’ll guide guests through our world of luxurious, healthy chocolate – offering exceptional service, beautifully crafted drinks, and a spotless, inspiring boutique environment. Above all, you’ll help deliver the elevated experience Makers is known for.

What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, personalised service that makes every customer feel seen, welcomed, and delighted.
- Drive daily sales through deep product knowledge, engaging storytelling, and natural charisma, and contribute to the achievement of store revenue targets.
- Keep the boutique immaculate – restocking product displays, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring flawless presentation and maintaining the brand’s high standards.
- Prepare and serve drinks with precision and flair, maintaining bar cleanliness and presentation at all times. Training provided.
- Support deliveries, stock management, and inventory with care and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe boutique environment.
- Contribute to a joyful, high-performance team culture where excellence is second nature.

Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail, café, or hospitality.
- Passion for chocolate, health-conscious indulgence, and beautiful things.
- You must be authorised to work in the UK.
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
