Are you passionate about hospitality and love making people feel welcome? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Front Desk team member to join us at one of the world’s leading hotel brands.
As part of our Front Office team, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming arrivals, assisting with check-in and check-out, answering questions, resolving concerns, and going the extra mile to make every stay memorable.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and deliver a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Work closely with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations wherever possible.
- Promote hotel services and amenities.
- Follow all company, safety, and security standards.
- Support a positive team environment and maintain high service standards.

What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for making guests feel at home.
40 hours per week | Rotational shifts | Evening and weekend availability required
