Are you passionate about hospitality and love making people feel welcome? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Front Desk team member to join us at one of the world’s leading hotel brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and deliver a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Work closely with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations wherever possible.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities.
  • Follow all company, safety, and security standards.
  • Support a positive team environment and maintain high service standards.

Ideally, you’ll have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for making guests feel at home.

40 hours per week | Rotational shifts | Evening and weekend availability required
