Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and deliver a high standard of guest service throughout check-in, stay, and check-out.
- Respond to guest enquiries, anticipate service needs, and assist guests with any requests or concerns.
- Prepare and update letters, documents, spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative records.
- Maintain systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, including distributing correspondence to the appropriate departments.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Build positive working relationships and support the wider team in achieving common goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest, employee, and company information and protect company assets.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and professional appearance standards.
- Assist guests with disabilities and ensure individual guest needs are appropriately supported.
- Operate standard office equipment and complete general administrative duties as required.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
