What you’ll do

As a Front Office Associate, you’ll be the first and last impression for our guests — ensuring every moment of their stay feels special.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Delivering a warm, professional welcome and assisting guests with check-in/check-out
  • Handling guest enquiries and concerns promptly and with care
  • Anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile to exceed expectations
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance each stay
  • Upholding Marriott’s high standards of service, safety, and presentation
  • Supporting and mentoring new team members to ensure consistency and quality

What we’re looking for

We’re Seeking An Enthusiastic, Service-driven Team Player Who

  • Has at least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Brings a warm personality, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for people and guest satisfaction
