We’re a small, privately owned audiology practice looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. At Advanced Audiology Associates, we are committed to providing exceptional care and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
As a member of our front office team, you’ll be the face and voice of our practice. Your ability to make patients feel comfortable, cared for, and valued will make a meaningful difference every day.

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be an important part of creating a great experience for our patients.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized clinic calendar
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions and inquiries
- Provide information about our services and help patients navigate their visits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Communicate and collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams
- Complete administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and other office responsibilities
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient

Previous medical office or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
