Role Description

The part-time remote Front Office Executive will handle daily front office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and routing communication to the appropriate team members. This role will manage appointment scheduling for service visits, maintain calendars, and ensure accurate entry of customer information into company systems. The Front Office Executive will provide professional, empathetic customer service, support dispatch coordination, and assist with follow-up communication after service calls. Additional responsibilities may include light administrative tasks such as updating records, tracking inquiries, and supporting the operations team with daily workflow and client communications.

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving.
  • Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette skills, including handling high call volumes, clear speaking, and courteous communication.
  • Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling and calendar management skills to coordinate service visits efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties capabilities, such as call routing, message taking, and basic administrative support.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Comfort with remote work tools, basic computer proficiency, and familiarity with CRM or scheduling software are beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment are preferred.
  • Previous experience in front office, customer support, or service industry roles is an asset.
