Front Office Manager / Operations Manager
Premium Workspace Environment | London Bridge | Up to £40,000 + Benefits


Looking for a change from Hospitality, Hotels, Private Members Clubs or Premium Customer Service? Are you a Front Office Manager, Duty Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager or Workplace Manager looking for your next challenge?

We're recruiting for a Front Office Manager / Operations Manager to join a premium workspace environment in the heart of London Bridge.


The Role

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, visitors and members while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience to clients and visitors
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Lead and support front-of-house and operational teams
  • Conduct client tours and support new business opportunities
  • Manage client onboarding and ongoing client engagement
  • Organise networking events, member activities and community initiatives
  • Coordinate facilities, maintenance and contractor relationships
  • Ensure the centre is presented to the highest standards at all times
  • Support health & safety compliance and operational procedures
  • Monitor centre performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise occupancy and revenue
