Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch Join the Pre-Opening Team

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team at Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch and help shape the guest experience at this highly anticipated new luxury hotel.

Located at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace, this landmark hotel offers:

  • 100 elegant rooms and suites
  • 17,500 sqft of private residences
  • Two signature restaurants:
    • Coreus by Clare Smyth
    • Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (world-famous Michelin-starred chefs)
  • A world-class spa
  • State-of-the-art fitness facilities
  • A collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests

Role Overview

Join the pre-opening team and take your place in delivering an exceptional five-star guest experience at a landmark London hotel.

Requirements

We are seeking hospitality professionals with:

  • Proven leadership in luxury hotel operations, ideally within a Front Office role
  • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding service standards, as recognised by Forbes
  • Hands-on experience with high-end guest experiences, including reservations, concierge, and event planning
  • Strong alignment with Hilton’s core values of hospitality and guest delight
  • Passion for collaborating with senior leadership to shape the guest experience from the outset
