This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team at Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch and help shape the guest experience at this highly anticipated new luxury hotel.

Requirements
We are seeking hospitality professionals with:
- Proven leadership in luxury hotel operations, ideally within a Front Office role
- Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding service standards, as recognised by Forbes
- Hands-on experience with high-end guest experiences, including reservations, concierge, and event planning
- Strong alignment with Hilton’s core values of hospitality and guest delight
- Passion for collaborating with senior leadership to shape the guest experience from the outset
