Job Description

As our next Front Office Manager, you will…

  • Ensures that guests' have a smooth running stay at the hotel,
  • Manages and motivates front office teams in order to provide high quality services for guests,
  • Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets,
  • Increases revenue through his/her sales efforts and by managing rooms revenue effectively (Revenue Management),
  • Implements brand and Group projects and identity features,
  • Ensures effective utilisation & productivity of all colleagues through staff planning, hiring, scheduling & adhering to budget,
  • Adheres to and promotes the Company’s Health & safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and knowledgeable all safety & emergency procedures ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly DM ROTA and business needs

  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferable
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
