With newly re imagined bedrooms inspired by Scotland’s heritage, The Caledonian Edinburgh continues to redefine luxury guest experiences. We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front of house team in delivering seamless, refined service from arrival to departure.

The Person

  • A confident and inspiring leader with a passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Guest-focused, professional and composed in all situations.
  • Strong communicator able to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Highly organised with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to support hotel operations across shifts.

The Role

  • Lead the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Act as a role model, setting service standards and expectations.
  • Support smooth daily operations across arrivals, departures and occupancy.
  • Drive guest satisfaction, loyalty engagement and service excellence.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front of house operations and shift execution.
  • Allocate rooms and manage occupancy in line with policy.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and other departments.
  • Support team development, recognition and performance standards.
