As our next Front Office Team Leader, you will…

  • Provide guidance and support to the Reception team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives
  • Assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach
  • Help guests and create positive experiences
  • Are confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention
  • Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments
  • Work duty manager shifts

Please note - this is a full-time position and you will be required to work days, evenings and weekends so full flexibility is key. In addition, you may be required to work occasional night shifts to cover annual leave and sickness.

Our hotel offers 182 rooms, a gym, saunarium and our lovely Restaurant, MAM London.

Salary:

£32,042 per annum
