Job Description
As our next Receptionist, you…
- Would describe you as a committed manager with human knowledge, a distinct personality and someone who can work in a structured way. And, not entirely unimportant; you work varying services from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 11 pm with the occasional night shift (11pm - 7am). So you can organize your free time flexibly!
- Are the ‘face of Mercure London Bankside’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
- Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
- Are a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

- Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
