Job Description

As our next Receptionist, you…

  • Would describe you as a committed manager with human knowledge, a distinct personality and someone who can work in a structured way.
  • And, not entirely unimportant; you work varying services from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 11 pm with the occasional night shift (11pm - 7am). So you can organize your free time flexibly!
  • Are the ‘face of Mercure London Bankside’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
  • Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
  • Are a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.

Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
