Front Office - Team Member (Lobby Host)

Application Deadline: 8 October 2026

Department: Front Office

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Hilton London Bankside

Compensation: £13.80 / hour

Description

Imagine being the first smile a guest sees after a long journey, the reassuring voice that helps them feel at home, and the person who turns a good stay into a memorable one.

As a Front Office Team Member (Lobby Host), you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a warm welcome from the moment guests arrive. Whether you're checking guests in, answering questions, sharing local recommendations or helping to resolve a query, you'll deliver service that is friendly, efficient and genuinely memorable.

No two days are the same. Every shift brings new faces, new stories and new opportunities to make a positive difference. One moment you'll be helping a guest celebrate a special occasion, the next you'll be supporting a colleague or solving a problem to ensure someone's stay runs smoothly.

We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. In return, you'll be part of a supportive team where every interaction matters and where you play an important role in creating experiences that guests remember long after they've checked out.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
