About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of a modern React and TypeScript-based platform, playing a pivotal part in shaping its architecture and future development. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence technical standards, enhance developer experience, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and user-centric digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering, to develop innovative features, optimize performance, and maintain a scalable frontend ecosystem. Your expertise will directly impact the usability and reliability of our products used by a global customer base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in frontend development, with a strong focus on React (version 18+) and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of modern frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, and related workflows.
  • Experience with UI frameworks and component libraries, particularly Ant Design.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SCSS.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services, especially AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization, accessibility standards, and internationalization (i18n).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Testing Library, and MSW.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on writing robust, maintainable code.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Prior experience with code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable features within a React 18+ and TypeScript environment.
  • Own and continuously improve Vite-based development and build tooling to streamline workflows.
  • Create reusable, modular components and establish frontend architecture patterns that promote scalability and maintainability.
  • Implement accessible, responsive user interfaces utilizing Ant Design and SCSS, ensuring consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Integrate frontend applications with AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL services to enable seamless data interactions.
  • Drive frontend performance enhancements, reliability, and overall code quality through best practices and regular optimizations.
  • Implement internationalization (i18n) features to support multiple languages and regions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reduce bugs.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making to uphold engineering standards.
  • Manage dependencies, security updates, and reduce technical debt proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, production-ready solutions on schedule.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of developer experience, tooling, and frontend workflows.
