About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will take ownership of a modern React and TypeScript platform, playing a pivotal part in shaping its architectural direction and technical standards. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with Vite or similar build tools and frontend architecture patterns.
- Proficiency in CSS, SCSS, and UI component libraries such as Ant Design.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL.
- Solid knowledge of frontend testing frameworks including Vitest, Testing Library, and MSW.
- Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization and code quality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable features within a React 18+ and TypeScript environment.
- Take ownership of the frontend architecture, ensuring modularity, reusability, and maintainability of components.
- Enhance development workflows by managing Vite-based tooling and build processes.
- Create accessible, responsive user interfaces adhering to best practices and usability standards.
- Integrate frontend components with AWS services such as Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL APIs.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous improvements.
- Implement internationalization support to cater to a global user base.
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code robustness.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
- Manage dependencies, security updates, and technical debt to maintain code health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of developer experience through shared tooling and workflow improvements.
