About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join a dynamic project team on a temporary, rolling basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within a government-end client environment, contributing to critical AI development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining frontend applications using Angular, ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing and reviews. This position requires a proactive individual capable of working independently within a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of the client delivery manager. As part of the project, you will be involved in designing, documenting, and quality assuring technical solutions, with an emphasis on agentic AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Copilot. The role demands a strong understanding of dependency management, code review processes, and unit testing to ensure robust and reliable deliverables.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in frontend development with proven experience in Angular. A strong understanding of AI frameworks, particularly Agentic AI development, is essential. Candidates should have experience in writing unit tests, managing dependencies, and reviewing code within a collaborative environment. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with security clearance processes, especially UK SC/DV vetting, is advantageous. Candidates must meet residency requirements and be eligible for security clearance, with sponsorship provided where necessary. Additionally, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Document design intent accurately and ensure quality assurance of all design documentation.
  • Manage dependency reviews collaboratively with Database and Back-End Developers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Implement and execute unit tests to validate the functionality and robustness of delivered features.
  • Update Low-Level Design (LLD) documents to reflect current system architecture and design decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews on frontend tickets to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions.
  • Follow established delivery processes and work under the direction of the client delivery manager.
  • Participate actively in project meetings, providing technical insights and progress updates.
